1. Unofficial fan project

Solstice Arena Community (the "Project") is an unofficial, fan-made and non-commercial revival of the game Solstice Arena. The Project is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Zynga Inc., A Bit Lucky, or any of their affiliates, and it does not reflect the views or opinions of Zynga Inc. or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Solstice Arena.

The Project is not the official Solstice Arena game, service or server.

2. Intellectual property

Solstice Arena, the Solstice Arena name and logo, and all related names, characters, artwork, models, animations, audio, music, text, software and other game content and materials are trademarks, registered trademarks and/or copyrighted works of Zynga Inc. and/or its affiliates and licensors. All rights in them are reserved by their respective owners.

Portions of the materials used in the Project are the property of Zynga Inc. The Project claims no ownership of these materials and grants no license to use them. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Free and non-commercial

The Project is free. You will never be required to pay to access or participate in it, and nothing in it is sold. The people running the Project cover its development, maintenance and server costs themselves.

4. Requests from rights holders

We respect the rights of Zynga Inc. and of every other rights holder. If Zynga Inc. or another rights holder asks us to remove any material or to take the Project down, we will comply promptly. Rights holders can reach us at vasily.dmitriev98@gmail.com.

5. No warranty

The Project is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may change, be interrupted, lose data, or be discontinued at any time and without notice, including at the request of a rights holder.

Accounts, progress, rankings and friend lists exist only on the Project's servers and have no monetary value. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the people running the Project are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

6. Support

Zynga Inc. and its affiliates have no responsibility for the Project and do not provide support for it. Please do not contact Zynga Inc. about the Project.

7. Your account and privacy

How the Project handles your data is set out in the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. To delete your account, write to vasily.dmitriev98@gmail.com.

8. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Project, you confirm that you have read and accept this notice.
