1. Who we are

Solstice Arena Community (the "Project") is run by Vasilii Dmitriev, who is responsible for your personal data under this policy. Contact: vasily.dmitriev98@gmail.com.

The Project is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with Zynga Inc. Zynga Inc. receives no data from the Project.

2. What we collect

Account data, when you create an account on this website or in the game: your email address, your display name, your password stored only as a salted one-way hash, and session tokens stored only as hashes.

Game data: your friends list and friend requests, your hero and ability choices, and the results of your online matches (wins, losses and match records). While you are signed in, the time of your last activity is kept in memory for a few minutes to show your friends that you are online.

A single essential cookie on this website that keeps you signed in. It holds your session token, cannot be read by scripts, and expires after 30 days or when you sign out. We use no other cookies.

Anonymous usage statistics from Vercel Web Analytics: the page visited (without its query string), the referring site, approximate location (country, region, city), device type, operating system and browser. It uses no cookies, identifies a visit only by a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, and gives us aggregated figures only. We cannot use it to identify you.

Technical data that our hosting providers and game server may record, such as IP addresses, to deliver the Project and protect it from abuse.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your data, show advertising, or share your data with anyone except the hosting providers that run the Project. We do not send email of any kind: no newsletters, no marketing, and no account emails. Your email address is never shown to other players and cannot be searched.

4. Why we use it

To provide the Project you signed up for: your account, friends, matches and rankings (performance of a contract). To understand how the website is used and to keep the Project secure (our legitimate interests). We do not use your data for automated decisions about you.

5. Where it is stored

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. The game's servers are run by the Project on hosting it rents. Your data may be processed in the United States and in other countries where these providers operate.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and all data tied to it immediately. Analytics visit hashes are discarded after 24 hours.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it: write to vasily.dmitriev98@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

8. Children

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the date above. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
